Saying pmacct produces summaries of summaries helps? Or perhaps we can try
it the other way around: you can explain (here or privately - don't mind)
what you are trying to achieve and i can see if pmacct fits the job?

Does it go away by removing debugging? Or does it get any better by defining
a logfile - instead of logging to stdout? Are you throwing at it consistent
amount of NetFlow data? If none of this gives a clue, I would be willing to
have a look myself at the system for troubleshooting - granted it's something
appreciated at your side.
