Holly Madison Doesn't Like the New Girls Next Door In Celebs <http://www.limelife.com/channel-celebs/0.html> by Susie Anderson<http://www.limelife.com/profile-6911.html>, on Saturday, November 14, 2009, 12:49 PM (PST) [image: the girls next door]<http://www.limelife.com/tagged-blog/the%20girls%20next%20door/0.html?n=26125> Courtesy of SplashNewsOnline.com .
Are the new girls copycats? Can you blame her? We probably wouldn't like it if our ex-boyfriend got a couple new girlfriends and re-created the same show we had started. OK, so that will never happen to us (hopefully), but we do get where Holly Madison<http://www.imnotobsessed.com/2009/11/01/holly-madison-is-the-queen-of-hearts>is coming from when she says she isn't feeling the new *Girls Next Door*. We enjoy watching the new *Girls Next Door* because it absolutely baffles us how three young, attractive girls are dating Hugh Hefner. At the same time. It baffled us when Holly, Bridget Marquardt, and Kendra Wilkinson were on the show. And it baffles us now that Crystal Harris and the Shannon Twins are on the show. We were actually kind of sad when Holly, Bridget, and Kendra left the show and the first thing we noticed with the new episodes is that everything is very similar to the past seasons. Except we don't feel as much of a connection with the girls (shut up, yes, we like to feel a connection with the girls on the show!). Holly also says she feels like the new girls aren't doing anything new. According to her, "I had a great time with Hef and the girls when they came to see Peepshow and hang out in Vegas. I don't watch the other episodes though, because it kind of makes me mad. The girls need to focus on what makes them unique and not doing the same things Bridget, Kendra and I have already done on the show." We agree, but at the same time, how much is there to do for three young girls living with Hugh Hefner? They can throw parties, go to Vegas, and sit around girl talking. Maybe it's time for the show to end? But it's still getting really good ratings on E!<http://www.limelife.com/blog-entry/Girls-Next-Door-Leave-it-to-the-Lamas-Get-Huge-Ratings/23163.html>, so it doesn't look like it will go away any time soon. Bridget gives further proof of what she's talking about, "Even camping in the backyard was an idea I had for an episode that we never got around to shooting. And guess what they just showed? The girls camping in the backyard. I don't want to look behind, I want to look forward." That must be so frustrating for Holly! Like it's not bad enough her ex is dating three new girls; the new girls are trying to be just like her!
