Playboy will sell rights to throw its lucrative annual Super Bowl Party in
Miami next year for a six-figure deal. Sources said Playboy bosses want to
sell the bash to real estate king *Jorge Perez* rather than run it
themselves. An insider said, "Perez will throw the party at the Shore Club
on the Saturday of the Super Bowl and will throw in a private jet to fly *
Hef* in." Perez, who also threw Playboy's Halloween bash, confirmed he was
in talks with the magazine, but said, "Nothing has been finalized." A
Playboy rep said, "We have not sold the rights to the party."
