Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Playboy

Playboy Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: PLA; PLA.A) Announced Linda G. Havard's
decision to step down as Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer. Linda G.
Havard Resignation will go into effect on December 31, 2009. Havard first
joined Playboy in 1997 from Atlantic Ritchfield Co. (ARCO) where she served
as VP of Corporate Planning and most recently as Senior VP in ARCO's Global
Energy Ventures' International business development division. The company
announced that the search for her successor will begin immediately.
