Alas the guys 'n girls who deal with the CLAs don't seem to be here, so I can't ask them :/ Everyone I've spoken to about this thinks that emailing them is more reliable than faxing, though potentially a bit more faff for the person doing the sending. If it's any help, I think it took me two tries to get my CLA accepted...
