rbls.com URL no longer works...

Hi all,

It appears that in the code rbls.org URL no longer works.  It looks like it
has been changed.

I had to change in our code to:

                return($MAXDNSBLMSG.'; check
http://www.robtex.com/rbl/'.$ip.'.html');
