Which reminds me, two init scripts would be better, like:

rc.d/policyd-weight stop|start
rc.d/policyd-weight-cache stop|start

(I should update the FreeBSD init scripts, too)

Two init script because usually you don't want to kill the cache as
it can serve across different versions.
