I've seen "rescheduling interrupts" when I also see "extra timer
interrupts". This occurs before I apply the jiffie-rounding patch.
BTW I was under the impression that the jiffie-rounding stuff is in
2.6.24-rc. Its not. Anything keeping it from being merged?

I have the impression that 2.6.23 showed less wakeups due to
"rescheduling interrupts".
