Usually there's a driver needed to put the necessary choices into the 
TCP/IP and AppleTalk CP's.  I took a quick look around the OWC (aka 
NewerTech) but didn't see any drivers for older equipment.  You might want 
to drop them a note and see if they can send you the drivers you need.
