Hi...My 3400c is only recognizing my RAM card at certain times...I've got a 32MB card in, and it is known-good, but the 3400c doesn't even see it most of the time I power up. I don't get any messages that the RAM card is damaged; call tech support, etc...Any help would be appreciated :-) Ian
Is it firmly seated in the socket ? Sometimes the RAM card can get loose. Later versions of the 3400 came with a small strip of foam on the keyboard that would help press the RAM card in the socket.
