[qmailtoaster] qmail replication

I have setup , qmail-replication servers: thanks to Jakes Video`s
I added a Firewall rule allowing mysql to be accessed from only my " 
replication " address, but does not seem to work.

I have added this to the standard built in rules :  firewall.ruleset

Can anyone tell me if it is correct please

-A INPUT -i eth0 -s "replicationIP" -p tcp --destination-port 3306 -j ACCEPT

"replicationIP" is replaced by the real IP address of the second server.
eth0 is the only NIC in the box.
When I drop the firewall It works

Any Ideas?
