[qmailtoaster] squirrelmain preference files

The addressbook post caused me to have a look at the squirrelmail preferences folder. I see that when people log in with different combinations of capitalization, they get separate address books and preference files. Is this a feature? I can see where it might be kind of handy, but I expect it's more likely a bug. I'm guessing that squirrelmail should probably translate to lower case the login id so that these entries are unique.

Is there some sort of fix for this? Would someone care to look into it? I'm really not too concerned about it, but I can see where it might cause some confusion for users who have logged in with different combinations of caps.
