make sure the permission for that file/folder is correct, this is mine

I saw the same problem on a QMT last week. Permissions were not correct 
on these files. ganlin_liu, what do you have for permissions on these? 
On the system I saw, the problem was more widespread than just these 
folders. I'm not sure exactly how the problem happened, but it involved 
named. (djbdns fans can keep quiet - it was caused by the sysadmin). ;)
