Horrible!
  I don't use a chest belt much but do use a lap belt.  I've ALWAYS had 
nightmare-ish thoughts/fears about falling forward quickly or forcefully enough 
to have my footrests break loose and land face first with my heavy (21st 
Century) power chair pinning me down.  I'm sure I'd break my neck again and 
really mess up an already ugly mug!

I shiver thinking about it.
