The problem seems limited to records that have my node as the source address. It also seems associated with times when ntpd was free-running. At such times, there is no system peer, so REFID would be empty. The problem then is that an empty REFID gets typed to rawstats as dot space dot. When I revert to 4.2.8p15, the empty REFID is represented as dot dot (no space). So this looks like a possible regression after 4.2.8p15. Cheers!
