One question is there a UL certification for zero export?

I know in New Mexico inverters that have that feature are not allowed because lack of certification. But maybe I e got that wrong

He’s using small if I have it right plug in battery, yes plug into the wall, and saying that he and the building both make money. He says 2kwh battery.
And it’s not selling to the grid, which I can’t understand how’s he’s doing that.
