I had a simular problem. I think it due to some changes that were later rolled back having tio do with the dictionary.xml files.
at one point a modification to reactor was made to convert all tags in the xml file to lowercase as there were problems occuring if the case was not matched exactly.
I found my bad dictionary.xml had the duplicate tags for the same parent field, one in all lower and one in mixed case (invalidType and invalidtype).
if you are having problems, attach the dictionary.xml file for the record you are working with.
