[Reactor for CF] How do I make my own templates in reactor

I know I saw this somewhere but where?

I want to create my own template and have reactor use it to make some cfm
files for me.

Some time last summer I started playing with the idea and found a blog entry
on how to do this. Then work got busy and I have lost my notes. Can anyone
point me to the blog again?

More specificly I want to know.

Where do I put the custom template?
Where will the custom code be created?
