Hey folks, to tie this one off, the issue was that we had the SWF and
SWFAddress loading from a different server than where the HTML was being
served.  We never got a specific error message, but it seemed that somewhere
we're getting blocked by a security sandbox.

Unfortunately, I never found a solution.
