[releases] Update of BEA_m1 to BEA_m2 (was Re: [releases] Developer snapshot build BEA300_m2 uploaded)

Hi,

to me it seems that issue 88381

 Office crashes  after update installation with m7
 (http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88381)

and it's variants / duplicates

 DEV300m9: Error with C++ Runtime Library (won't start)
 (http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88542)

hit many users - including me ;-)

The significant impact I see is that it makes updates too difficult and 
renders the Online Update for useless. I think we should ensure that we 
can easily notify and update users of developer snapshots including OOo 
3.0 Beta. So for me this is a showstopper.
