I just installed m2 and the installer has a fine mix of strings with
"OOo-Dev 3.0" and "OOo-Dev 3.0 Beta". The startcenter still says
"OOo-Dev", the title bar of all modules has "OOo-Dev Beta" and the
startup splashscreen (last not least) still says "3.x Developer
snapshot" with a misplaced progress bar.
This applies for the OOo-Dev builds, yes. But we plan to release the 
OpenOffice.org build, here e.g. the splash comes with 3.0 Beta. Maybe 
Joost is able to provide an English version now, so that we're able to 
review it in advance,
