[releases] nominating 2.4.1 blocker: Issue 88977

Hello Release Status Team,

issue 88977 describes the problem that events assigned to list boxes in
grid controls in database forms are not fired anymore, which is a
regression from 2.3.1 to 2.4.

Since such events are an essential feature for building even slightly
complex forms, I kindly request this is considered a blocker for the
2.4.1 release. Thanks for your consideration.
