[releases] nominating 2.4.1 blocker: Issue 87741

Hello Release Status Team,

issue 87741 describes the problem that database forms opened
programmatically, i.e. by a macro, and directly, i.e. without opening
the respective database document itself, do not execute their macros
anymore.

According to user feedback through various channels, this seems to break
several database-based applications.
