[releases] nominating 2.4.1 blocker: Issue 88394

Hello Release Status Team,

issue 88394 describes the problem that Base's SQL parser lost the
ability to parse certain SQL statements (it's not completely clear, yet,
which class of statements is affected.).

This is a regression between 2.3.1 and 2.4, and makes Base's query
designer useless for this kind of SQL statements, which is why I'd like
to see it fixed in 2.4.1, subject to your approval.
