Dears We have XRD data in Intensity vs 2theta for minerals. we want to calculate cell parameters and other structural information from this data. For calculations which formulations we can use? can anyone supply me the standard XRD and vibrational(RAMAN and IR) data for muscovite, biotite, apatite and garnet. Can we use EDX in place of EPMA for compositional study. Please also explain about Ag and Bg modes of raman spectra. With regards
