Phillippe, I doubt there is a simple tool to accomplish your goal.
Since the sites you mention all have different ways of organizing and displaying their classified ads, you would need to write specific extraction rules for each site you wished your agent to monitor. And once a site changed the organization of their classifieds, you would need to rewrite the rules to reflect the changes. I have something similar to what you require, designed to extract headlines and first paragraph abstracts from news sites, but it's a full system written under Linux in perl and using mysql as its datastore, and wasn't written to be sold.
