[Citadel Support] More Citadel email questions

Does Citadel generate an smtp log file? I looked in /var/log and in the
/usr/local/citadel directory heirarchies and did not see anything obvious
(The smtp server I'm most familiar with is postfix, where I can essentially
watch smtp transactions in real-time with "tail -f /var/log/maillog" or
similar invocation.)

For remote retrieval of pop3 mail, what is the default polling interval?
Where can the polling interval be specified? 

Also, is it possible to configure Citadel so only plain text email is sent?
It looks like the default is plain text+html parts. (I'm one of those crazies
who still believes that html has no legitmate place in email :-) 

(I have been looking through the docs, faqs, and support archvies but have
not found answers to these yet...)
