[Citadel Support] Problem Sending email in Ubuntu/Citadel Server

I setup and Ubuntu/Citadel server a few weeks ago and at first it was
sending/receiving email properly.

But sending out emails seem to be getting slower as each day passes and now
it takes about a day or to for Citadel to send out emails.

The messeages receive a sent status from Citadel but it gets stuck in the
SMTP queue and takes about a day or two before the recepient receives it.

Any ideas or suggestions on what I should try to find out what is happening
inside Citadel on why its taking so long to send out email from the queue

I'm quite desperate guys if I don't find any answers soon my only recourse is
to reinstall Ubuntu/Citadel, I am hoping it won't come to that
