Thanks for the quick answer. In what kind of worse? If I set up an openldap server and configure Citadel to use it for storing of its addresses will it somehow keep me from writing stuff in it with scripts? And no, I don't want to authenticate with LDAP. We will use Citadels authentication. We just want external email adresses to show up in Citadel. I think I will try the following: Read our existing LDAP rewrite the output with scripts to meet citadels expectations write it to the openldap server used by Citadel repeat with cron job.
