[Citadel Support] Who is Who Here and i need Citadel

Hi all,

 First let me thank citadel team for fantastic effors they have put in this
project.

 I need to know whom must i contact in case i need some answers with regards
to Citadel.  I have few questions before i take a decision of rolling out
Citadel.

Here is my details:

I am working with Retail Chain as Oracle DBA and System Admininistrator.  I
have a role in IT apart from Oracle related.

I have installed Intranet (Linux Based) email service using Postfix,
MailScanner using Clamav.  I am facing a particular problem for which i have
decided to look for a solution that may be (/is) Citadel.  I was searching
through the google and went through a couple of site before i got to
Citadel.  

My questions with regards to my job role:

1. My users have to regularly either

      a. Formatt their pc - loosing their emails

      b. Change locations - backup their emails and restore

      c. Some virus eats up their emails and loose it

2. We do have co-ordination problem within department

3. PIM and Outlook express?

Anyone can assist me with answers these questions, if citadel is the answer,
i am there for Citadel.
