[Citadel Support] Sync Kolab with Citadel

For all of you using or trying to use Citadel, Sync Kolab, Thunderbird,
Lightning.

The current release of Sync Kolab is broken and will fail to parse the
Calendar and Task entries from Citadel and probably from anything else too.

I have patched the latest nightly build and forwarded it to the Sync Kolab
developer for approval.

Meanwhile I have uploaded my build to this room (click on the word "files" in
this rooms header) for download.

Use the normal method for installing this as a Thunderbird add on.
