[Citadel Support] SquirrelMail: Login Not Working

My install consists of Citadel, Ubuntu, SquirrelMail, PHP.  I can login with
WebCit @ http://myserver:2000/ and everything works perfect.  

     Then, I installed PHP and SquirrelMail.  Next, I checked to make sure
the settings matched  the  recommended settings by citadel.org.

     I made sure squirrelmail was running. 

Finally, I tried to login @ http://myserver:2000/squirrelmail/.  I can see
the login, but I cannot login--ie, when I click login nothing happens.


My SquirrelMail settings are listed below.

I would appreciate any help.
