 In order to answer this question we would need to know where those 
contacts currently are.  
   
 The easiest way is normally to load them into the client software package 
of your choice (Kontact is excellent, but you could also use Thunderbird 
or Outlook if you have the right plugins installed) and then hook that 
client up to Citadel and transfer them over.
