I'm seeing this too; earlier today it seemed to work correctly (adding an
attendee to an event on a personal calendar caused a confirmation message to
be sent to them).  Now, the messages appear in the sent folder but don't get
delivered to the other users.

All other messaging seems to be working completely perfectly.  Any ideas?
