[Citadel Support] What does (not logged in) mean?

I have noticed a "(not logged in)" entry with an option to "kill" the user
when checking the who... room.  What does this mean? I checked my loggs and
did not see any external links to my internal systems, so what did this entry
mean?  I noticed the same loggin entry on the primary uncensored server as
well, however, with no option to kill that loggin session.  The location
indicated what from local host.  I could not kill the session, and when I
finished checking my logs I did not find the entry again, after refreshing
the page.  any thoughts?
