OK, I did this since I've seen so many Unix-type apps and services that use SIGHUP to reload configuration -- I've taken it out of my crontab. That still begs the issue of why, with the POP3 interval set to 600 seconds, Citadel only fetches the POP3 mail on startup? Are there any other settings that may be conflicting? What is the best way to troubleshoot this?
