[Citadel Support] citadel crash in debian etch4

hello i have debian 4 and citadel,,,   crash when users send mail to
internet,    this is my   nsswitch.conf

how i can solve this crash?    i change compat to files        but
nothing  citadel   crash in some times # /etc/nsswitch.conf
