I just get a star shaped icon. Bummer. I'm trying to get a citadel icon. I tried inkskape, gqview w/ no luck, & for some rather strange reason Paint shop pro is down now. Linux runs my widows prorammes but somntimes imperfecly. Windows Digital Image suite does not run on this one yet. The goal here was to simply crop the image & save the Chess piece. I(s there a spot where just the chess piece is available ? Thanks for helping me dothebart. Steve
