Well, we wound up losing just about 20 contacts, for reasons unknown. Possibly another IMAP-capable utility would have been better to use rather than Thunderbird, but the lost contacts are a small enough number that I'm not really concerned about it. About the only real complaint I have heard om staffers on the way Citadel handles contacts is that there is no place in the contact record to put "notes." However, it appears that the "email aliases" section can be misused to put comments in.
