[Citadel Support] Webcit Install Issue

I just installed a fresh copy of Citadel and Webcit on Ubuntu 8.04. 
Citadel is running, but I have to manually start Webcit all the time and 
when the log-in page is supposed to come up, it says it cannot connect 
to Citadel. However, I can access Citadel from a terminal window. I 
tried uninstalling Webcit and re-installing, but same issue. Any 
suggestions on what to try next?
