[Citadel Support] webcit 7.36 ssl issue

Let me know what log info I can generate, since I've restarted webcit the
other day I have not been able to use ssl to login.  It may be pertanent to
7.37.  Also, let me know if there is a change to ssl between 7.36 and 7.37
that would make it worth while to upgrade now and not wait until I have my
new server built.
