Thanks for the update. There is a bug in the build logic in which the 
checks for the Apache headers aren't correctly set.  
   
 I'll go over the build script tonight and reissue a beta.  
   
 Alas, I only tested on my Debian boxes. When I tested on one of my 
servers running RHEL and Centos, the same errors occured. The issue 
probably affects the other checks also (i.e. for the apr, apr_util and 
OpenSSL logic) in the cnofigure scripts.  
   
 I also have access to FreeBSD and Solaris. It's been a while since I've 
run on Solaris, but that would also be a good test... I'll start building 
up a box to test on.
