Actually, it looks like sync kolab 1.0.2 is still "pre-release," available
from the CVS section of the author's web site,
http://www.gargan.org/extensions/synckolab.html#download (towards the bottom
of the page). I'm going to give it a try in Thunderbird and see how it works
with the contacts...
