[Citadel Support] MacPorts

I've managed to get the current 7.37 version of citadel/webcit to build under
MacPorts, but it required patching a Makefile (removing -Wl,--no_Undefined)
and a header file (to include xlocale.h).  The attached ports directory
contains all the new Portfiles needed and the two patches.  I haven't tested
this build, but it will correctly install into directories in the standard
MacPorts path (/opt/local)
