[Citadel Support] New Release of the mod_auth_citadel Apache Authentication Module

A new release of the mod_auth_citadel Apache to Citadel Authentication Module
is available at it's new project page:

This release adds the following new feature:

* The ability to define the minimum Citadel access level required for users
to gain access
