Hello, I have searched through these forums and Ubuntu forums as well as a global google search, but I can't see how to setup Citadel to send and receive mail through my ISP? Here's what I've done so far: Installed Citadel on a small fanless PC. The PC is from Koolu.com (512 MB of Ram at ~500MHz). It's not a very robust PC to use, but I have Hardy installed on it and the easy install of Citadel installed without issue. I'm testing Citadel on this small PC for now to make sure it can handle a small office's email. They don't get all that much, maybe 20 to 40 emails received and sent per day. I've logged in as an adminstrator and in the Internet Configuration tab, I've added my Pop3 incoming mail server in the 'Local Host Alias' section. Also on this screen, I've added my outgoing mail server in the Smart Hosts section. My Internet provider requires that I login to send and receive mail...Where would I enter my userid and password in Citadel to send and receive mail? There are 'Node name' and 'Fully Qualified domain name' fields on the Site Configuration screen...do I need to fill these in if I'm using my ISP to send and receive mail. Obiviously I'm missing something important here. Please help me configure Citadel properly. A bit of background on how I was planning on using Citadel: This is for a small office setup where I'll have 3 people logging in to send and receive email through the email address they have setup through their ISP. I was hoping to have one common inbox (I think in Citadel it's called a room) where all email from their clients can be sent. The three employees would login to Citadel using their own login account to manage this common room to read and reply to customers messages. These employees sit beside each other so they can manage who has answered an email and what emails are still outstanding. Does it sound like this setup will work? Thanks in advance for any help you may provide. Charles.
