[Citadel Support] retrieving pop3 email from provider

Hallo guys,

 I have one problem with Citadel and that is retrieving pop3 email messages.
Rerieving pop3 messages from the provider does not happened fast enough.
Sometimes it will take more than 12 hours for the Citadel server to fetch the
emails. The interval is 120. I am missing something here? Can somebody tell
me how I can troubleshoot this or have a solution for this problem? Thanks in
advance.
