[Citadel Support] to account shows 15 times

I am running the Citadel Mail server with Spamassassin and clamav.  I use the
Outlook mail client via IMAP to read messages.  On intermittent messages sent
to me, my email address and any attachments are listed 15 times.  I can't
seem to figure out what is causing this issue.  Can anyone answer this for
me?
