[Citadel Support] How to limit users sending mail to internet?

Hello, 

 

I have another citadel server where I would like users (from inside or
outside) send mail into citadel but do not use citadel smtp to send mail to
internet destinations. 

I am trying several options (restrict access..) and user levels but without
luck. 

I miss in the docs the description of user level capabilities. 

 

Can you help me?
