Hello, I've already been given direction on best to setup shared email amoung multiple users: http://www.citadel.org/doku.php/faq:everydayuse:shared_account Let's see if I understand this correctly. I have two users who monitor our 1 email address for correspondence from customers. If I want both to have access to this one email address, I setup a public room that will receive email from our ISP using POP3. I setup the two users with their own Citadel id so they each have their own Mail inbox. I can then setup the room as a mailing list to forward all email to both users private inbox. I can setup the mailing list like so: " The administration screens in WebCit (Advanced →Advanced room commands → Edit or delete this room → Mailing list service) provide the most intuitive way of configuring and managing a list." So far so good. I'll try setting up the above scenario. But how would I do the following. When each of these users replies back to an email, I want the reply to be recognized in both users private email inbox so the other user knows a message was replied too. How do I do this? If a user in their private inbox wants to start a message and save it to finish it later (Draft), can Citadel save drafts? Thanks, Charles.
